Behentrimonium methosulfate, I am tired of black people, who understand that our hair and skin care is necessarily different from that of other tribes (hair wise anyway) is still incapable of really going "sustainable". notice I didn't say green as green today is mostly greenwash.

I will not be buying anything that includes any of these sulfates, none of you truly can be trusted to have MY and MINE's best interest at heart. you're invariably selling a product therefore whatever you say about the viability of said product is useless!
besides what does a slippery feel have to do with anything, I'm a stylist in my previous life, the concept is even more useless.

Stephanie, I just recently purchased O-Hair Styling Creme. The behentrimonium methosulfate that is in it is rated a "1" on ewg's website; but I know that doesn't necessarily give the product a pass! After reading the information you've posted, I'm thinking it may not be that great for me to use (I use all of Bubble & Bee's products, but being able to actually have my hair look a tad bit spiky would be nice!). Input?

This is the third ingredient in WEN products; fourth is Aloe Vera Juice. I'm concerned that I'm buying a "slippery" feel when Aloe is probably the cleanser with botanical & fruit oils. Glad I did my homework before buying.

The same ingredient used in fabric softener and the Jerri curl booster

WEN today has been in class action lawsuit as the product is making women's hair fall out, this being one of the ingredients. It sounds like it dissolves the hair instead of giving it the 'slippery' feel. Also I found out this product is made in China, as the restrictions on the use of the chemical may not be as properly measured as in the U.S. It seems the ingredient used here in the WEN products may be excessive -- and that's why these poor women's hair is falling out @ an alarming rate!!!!

You ladies and your quest for vanity are making the cosmetic industry filthy stinking rich! When in reality a real man thinks a woman looks her best when she has absolutely nothing on to cover up all the flaws that God put on her to make her perfect. It's like yall are doing it for other women. "And some of you really are!" But the men of this world, and I'm not talking about those be very hills faggots, actually prefer to see a woman I. Her most natural state. No makeup, no fancied up hairdos, and if truth be told even a little whiffy in the female parts. It's called primal nature, and big companies are getting in the way of what God intended Woman to be. When MEN say "take it off" they aren't talking about your clothes. Although that's not a bad idea either, they are in fact saying just be what God made you. And stop lying to us. Because sooner or later your MAN will wake up and look across at you laying in the bed in a puddle of goo that has formed on your pillow and it will scare him so bad that he will attempt to chew his arm off, so as not to wake the monster that he met at the club less than 24 hours ago who looked like the poster girl for ULTA, but now looks like something a cat threw up that the dog won't eat. We just just want the true you. Not the you from the compact mirror in your purse. Of the makeup desk in your bedroom with over $5000.00 worth of makeup that has maxed out all your plastic.

To the last comment that Robert stated : are u that egocentric ? Not everything women do is to please a man or other women. If a woman choses to put on make up, have plastic surgery and invest in product to pamper herself it's her perogative. Helloo? We're not in 1960 you cant just go around saying "men like it when you do this" as if we asked for your male input on what a woman should do with herself.
Boi Bye.
